Registration
You can register for the Conference by completing the registration form or you can register directly on-line through a secure site.
Participants who pre-register will benefit by way of a reduced registration fee as well as having their entire documentation ready on arrival at the Conference registration desk. Each registrant is requested to submit a separate registration form (or a photocopy of it), along with the registration fee. Registration forms without payment will not constitute a pre-registration.

Registration fees for the Conference only include the Wine and Cheese reception on Tuesday, coffee breaks, a lunch on Tuesday, continental breakfast on Tuesday and Wednesday, as well as a copy of the program.
Registration fees for the Conference and ICSTI Members Meetings include all of the above as well as a city tour and the council dinner on Wednesday, and continental breakfast and lunch on Thursday and Friday.
Registration fees for ICSTI Members Meetings only include the city tour and council dinner on Wednesday, and continental breakfast and lunch on Thursday and Friday.
Accompanying person’s registration fees include the welcome reception on Tuesday, and the city tour and the council dinner on Wednesday.

Official Receipt
A confirmation will be sent by email to those who have forwarded their payment and Registration Form. Official Receipts will be given to delegates upon their arrival at the Conference.
Cancellation and Refunds
Participants may withdraw their registration in writing prior to April 28, 2009 . All refunds are subject to a $100.00 CAD administration fee. After this date no refunds will be possible.
